How far is the beach?
Manatee Public Beach on Anna Maria Island is about 12 minutes by car. Beach chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler are at the house.
Is it good for babies and young kids?
Yes. There's a Pack 'n Play, stroller, high chair, sippy cups and kids' dinnerware, plus a playground, sandbox and two themed bunk rooms.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, the backyard is fully fenced. A pet fee applies; let the hosts know when you book.
What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in is after 4:00 PM with self check-in by smart lock. Checkout is before 10:00 AM.
Is there parking?
Free parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway.
House rules?
No parties or events, no smoking (including vaping), and quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. There is a Ring camera at the front door, exterior cameras, and noise-level monitors outside that measure volume only and do not record. Guests sign a rental agreement and fill out a check-in form before arrival.
